I was invited to participate in the Spirit Animals group show recently, loved the theme couldn't resist! Bear Spirit was my inspiration, I tried to make it ghostly and strong and immovable yet gentle... covered in layers of pencil and chalk, with symbols to protect against anger/wrath, provide good luck...it was a heartfelt piece. I'm grateful that someone else loved it enough to purchase it! The show was filled with wonderful works and colorful creatures. A nice day in the life of an artist.
